The Vintage Fret Shop was founded in 1970 by David Colburn. Vintage Fret now makes its home in what was once the town blacksmith's shop, next to the river. Musicians from all over the world have found great company, quality repairs, and inspiring musical instruments here. They keep coming back. We hope that you will too. 		Dick Elkinton, Office Manager. We couldn't do what we do without Dick, who does our ordering and keeps all manner of wheels running smoothly. He also knows a lot about guitars.
	Beverly Woods is a well-known performer and is our webmaster and photographer.
	Seth Austen is one of those great players who also is a devoted instructor. Seth teaches acoustic and slide guitar, mandolin, bouzouki, fiddle, ukulele and clawhammer banjo.
